Only 1 star because i can't put zero. This place is a joke. We were told we couldn't weigh our roll off truck in because they "don't weigh trash' even though we've been weighed in multiple times. The prices are inconsistent at best. It feels like they're making things up to charge us small business owners more. I thought it would be better when waste management took over but it clearly is not. Super disappointing. Having been fighting with my partner about giving them a chance but... he wins. Do not recommend! Will not be back. There are better places to take your stuff in town. Where it seems like the employees know what's going on and aren't getting to scam us
Awesome place! They have dumpsters where we can drop off our recycling since our apartment doesn’t recycle. One for glass and the rest are mixed recycling for everything else. Thank you for offering this service!
These people run on bankers hours when they feel like closing early. One online search will show they close at 4:30pm, when you show up they have a poorly made sign taped to the locked gate stating they closed at 3pm. “Sorry for the inconvenience” You can waste a lot of time trying to call them for hours like I did. They don’t answer or return calls. I left several messages over two days…still no response. They don’t care about customer care. Don’t expect any.
They used to run this place better a few years ago, but I found the Sarpy landfill was 1/4 the cost, and reliably open until 4:30pm. Plus, no in town driving with a 4 ton trailer full of trash. Then back home fully loaded and Pist off. Complete waste of time with this outfit. Two days trying to dump remodeling trash. Shouldn’t be this difficult. I’m never going back. Period.
Bad management they charge people way too much for dumping a load of trash. They charge more than other landfills waste connection in Springfield is way cheaper.
The worst dump in Omaha. Rude employees and inconsistent pricing. No scale to verify weights. My guess is some skimming cash dump fees is occurring.
Jim Who does the scales in the entrance is very inconsistent with his pricing came early in the morning and it was $25 for a big load when I was helped by somebody else came back a little later in the day with a smaller load and Jim help me and charge me $40. Unfortunately I just Bright 25 cash because it was a smaller load so I just figured it would be about the same, he said it needs to be bad level that’s why I got that price last time so I took some things out and leveled it out broke it down a little bit better came back and he told me 35 he didnt give me any reason why even though he just told me bad level is 25 , he just said he didn’t care and that I had to leave
And he said there’s no manager to speak to or talk to you and that I need to leave. This gentleman is very inconsistent with his prices and very rude definitely somebody I would not want working for me
If you live in Omaha the reduced cost share program is nice as you get 4 free dumps but a truck bed counts for two dumps makes no sense. If you don't or have already used this program there prices change every time you go there one day it's 30 next it's 50
Absolutely missleading pricing!! Nowhere on the website did I see it says 30$ for 1 pickup truck load! Website needs to be more clear! Why when I asked about pricing was I not offered the 15$ household pricing?
